Policy

1. Scope of this Policy

This Refund Policy applies only to payments made directly for an optional paid service, feature or membership privilege offered by RaghuwanshiShaadi.com. It does not apply to payments made to unrelated third parties.

2. Free Registration & Services

Creating a profile and using the standard free features does not require a fee. Because no payment is collected for a free service, no refund applies to those features.

3. Cases Eligible for Review

A refund request may be considered when:

• A duplicate payment was charged for the same purchase.
• Payment was completed, but the purchased service was not activated because of a verified technical failure attributable to our platform.
• An incorrect amount was charged by RaghuwanshiShaadi.com for the selected service.
• A refund is required under applicable consumer law.

Each request is reviewed using payment records, account activity and the status of the purchased service.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Unless required by applicable law, a refund will generally not be available when:

• The paid service has been activated, accessed or used.
• The request is based only on a change of mind, inactivity or failure to use the service.
• The member did not receive a desired number of responses, interests, matches or a successful marriage outcome.
• The account is restricted or removed because of false information, misuse or a breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• The issue arises from a third-party service or payment not made directly to RaghuwanshiShaadi.com.

5. Cancellation of a Paid Service

You may ask us to stop renewal or future billing where such a recurring option is available. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically create a right to a refund for a service period that has already started or been activated.

If you believe a purchase was made in error and the service has not been used, contact us promptly so that we can review its activation status.

6. How to Request a Refund Review

We may ask for additional information reasonably required to verify the payment. Do not send card PINs, passwords or OTPs.

7. Review & Processing

We will acknowledge and review a complete request using the available payment and service records. If approved, a refund will normally be returned through the original payment method where supported. The time for the amount to appear may depend on the bank, card issuer or payment provider.

If only part of a paid service was affected, a proportionate resolution may be considered where appropriate and permitted by law.

8. Applicable Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement will apply.
