1. Platform & merchant
Raghuwanshi Shadi is a matrimonial platform operated by EvolutionsPro. When paid membership becomes available on this website, EvolutionsPro will be the business collecting the payment. The checkout may display the EvolutionsPro merchant name. The service purchased will be identified as Raghuwanshi Shadi membership.
2. Current prices
Registration and approved founding-member premium access are currently complimentary (₹0). No paid membership is offered during this phase. Before a paid plan is enabled, this page and the membership page will show its price and validity.
No charge is made just for viewing a plan or creating a free profile.
3. Checkout and activation
When available, website payments will be processed through Razorpay. After a successful payment, membership is activated only after the payment is verified as captured against the correct order and amount. A payment-processing delay does not mean you should pay again: check your membership/payment history or contact support with the transaction reference first.
Never share your password, card PIN or OTP with support.
4. Validity and renewal
Plans currently prepared for this website are one-time purchases for a stated number of days; they do not automatically renew. If a renewal is offered later, its price and period will be shown before purchase. Access depends on account approval and the membership terms shown at purchase.
5. Help, cancellations and refunds
For duplicate charges, failed activation or other payment questions, contact info@raghuwanshishadi.com with your profile ID and transaction reference. If a refund is approved, we initiate it within 7 bank working days of approval; the bank's credit time may differ. Our Refund Policy explains how requests are reviewed.
